Stainless Steel Screen Magnet Separator
This grid magnet with stainless structure was produced as a requirement of food companies. However, whether your company is plastic, glass, mining or recycling, you may still need these magnets. Bar diameters are Ø25 mm. This product gives 7000 Gauss on the surface of stainless steel sheet. The magnetic BR value of the magnets used is 10000-12000 Gauss.
The product is suitable for liquid use and has a sealed structure. The fact that it is made of neodium allows it to attract even the finest dust grains. It is used especially frequently in the food sector. This product, which is suitable for use in almost every sector, is often used in plastic injection molding machines as well as in companies engaged in the production of ceramics, marble, glass.
Magnet metal fragments that hit the magnetic grid are automatically caught. It can be easily mounted and fixed to the product outputs of the machines. In our Magneteksan company, this magnetic grid can be produced in the desired sizes. Among the product features, the following can be included:
Dec
- AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel are coated.
- Has a high Gauss
- It has high resistance to corrosion.
- The magnetic field is high.
- Can be cleaned manually.
- The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.
We use AISI 304 and AISI 316 Stainless Steel in our Productselik
Magneteksan, a company that attaches importance to performance, value and product reliability, uses AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel in its products. AISI has a leading role in the development of steel production technology. The American Iron and Steel Institute (American Iron and Steel Institute) produces and maintains standards specific to iron and steel. Being a widely used austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, 304 and 316 have excellent tensile properties.
These stainless steels, which are also extremely resistant to corrosion, also have good workability. AISI 304 and AISI 316 have similar values in terms of elastic modulus, stiffness and tensile strength. These stainless steel coatings, which also have high temperature resistance resistance, create a layer with high surface resistance because they prevent the harmful corrosive layer that may occur on the material surface. Both 304 and 316 stainless steels also have paramagnetic properties.
