Bar magnets, which are usually made of stainless steel, offer long-lasting use thanks to the corrosion-resistant structure of this material. Bar magnets designed for use in the food industry are usually 32 mm in diameter and have a high magnetic attraction power in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 Gauss. This high Gauss level allows the separation of even metal particles at the micron level.

Bar magnets can be produced with a bakelite handle, aluminum handle or completely stainless steel handle according to user needs. These handle structures increase the ease of use of the magnet and enable it to adapt to environmental conditions in different sectors. Manufactured in a completely sealed structure, bar magnets can be used safely even in environments that are in direct contact with liquids. This feature provides a great advantage, especially in areas such as liquid food production, the pharmaceutical industry and chemical production facilities.

Each bar magnet has a pole at each end; one end is the north pole and the other end is the south pole. The magnetic force lines flowing between these poles are closed and continuous in accordance with the laws of physics. Magnetic field lines never intersect and always follow a direction from north to south. This structure makes the effect of magnetic force on objects continuous and stable. Bar magnets are also the most commonly used type of magnet separator and can be easily integrated into systems.
