The most important feature of our magnetic bullets systems is their ability to effectively separate even the smallest metal particles from your products. Thanks to our neodymium magnets with 7000 Gauss and above power, the risk of metal contamination is minimized. Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) magnets are the strongest known permanent magnets, and by using them in our systems, we achieve high magnetic fields.
Our bullet magnet systems are long-lasting and maintain the same performance for years. All our products are covered by warranty. While our standard neodymium magnetic bullets can operate up to 80°C, we can also produce versions resistant to up to 150°C for special applications. Thanks to their corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures, they can be safely used in various industrial environments.
We can produce custom sizes and strengths according to our customers’ needs. For some applications, ferrite magnets can be used instead of neodymium, considering cost and operating conditions. For example, ferrite magnet systems may be preferred at the outputs of plastic injection machines. However, we generally recommend using neodymium magnets for the food industry. High-power neodymium magnetic filtration systems are particularly critical in the production of dry food, legumes, and grains.
