Our Co-Founders
Magneteksan Makine R&D Ind. Trade Ltd. Co. was founded by Mehmet Kürşat ARSLAN and Nurten ARSLAN, who combine engineering know-how with manufacturing experience and an R&D vision. The co-founders’ technical background in metallurgy, materials science, mechatronics, automation, and industrial manufacturing forms the foundation of the company’s R&D and custom-manufacturing approach in the field of magnetic systems.
ARSLAN
Advanced Materials Engineering
Mehmet Kürşat ARSLAN, who studied Advanced Materials Engineering at the University of Liverpool, specializes in metallurgy, materials science, magnetic materials, and industrial manufacturing processes. He brings his technical expertise in field-applicable engineering solutions into Magneteksan’s product development approach.
By combining his academic background with private-sector experience, he has focused on developing magnetic systems, industrial magnet solutions, electromagnets, magnetic separators, and custom-engineered products tailored to customer needs.
ARSLAN
Mechatronics Engineering
Nurten ARSLAN, a graduate of the Mechatronics Engineering Department at the Technical University of Sofia in Bulgaria, has a strong engineering background in automation, mechanical systems, manufacturing technologies, technical design, and system development.
With a mechatronics engineering approach, she contributes to Magneteksan’s technical manufacturing, system development, and custom machine production processes, playing an active role in developing practical, sustainable solutions tailored to customer needs.
After gaining engineering and manufacturing experience in the private sector, Mehmet Kürşat ARSLAN and Nurten ARSLAN founded Magneteksan Makine R&D Ind. Trade Ltd. Co. in 2018. Their shared goal is to strengthen domestic production in the field of magnetic systems in Turkey, develop high-quality, value-added products for industrial needs, and turn Magneteksan into a globally recognized and trusted engineering brand.
