Plate Magnetic Drawer Type Magnetic Separator
Drawer type magnetic separators are magnetic separators frequently preferred by food companies. It works on the principle of attracting metals in food flowing through the housing by very powerful plate magnets on the sides. While not harming your food, it attracts even the smallest metal dust.
Thanks to the deflection system in its body, it does not prevent product flow. It does not cause clogging. Since we produce it in sizes specific to your company and suitable for the flow rate of your food, it never clogs.
It is covered with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which has very high corrosion resistance and is preferred by food companies.
It can be easily mounted to product pouring areas.
If there is temperature in the area you will use, magnets used at suitable temperatures should be preferred. Please specify ambient temperatures.
Why Do We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Coating in Our Products?
Stainless steels are used in food production companies. Austenitic stainless steels contain chromium up to 10 percent of their total composition. Chromium, which interacts directly with oxygen, quickly forms a passive protective layer on the surface. It prevents harmful corrosive layer that may form on the material surface and creates a layer with high surface resistance.
