Magnetic Filter Separator Suitable for Food Companies, Liquid
It provides cleaning of metal particles contained in liquids used in food production.
It captures metal powders found in sorbet, sugar syrup, fruit juice, cream, milk, buttermilk, energy drinks and many other liquids.
It cannot catch metal powders contained in liquids even if there is a metal detector in the enterprise. The sensitivity of the metal detector, i.e. the metal dimensions it can capture, starts from 1mm dimensions.
Magnetic magnetic rods manufactured from high-Gauss N52 quality magnets can reach magnetic field strength up to 15200 Gauss.

Manufacture of Magnetic Filters with Certified Magnets
magnetic filters are used in the final products of companies engaged in food manufacturing. magnetic filters are preferred at critical control points and to protect equipment. Magnets with a value of 10000 Gauss and 12500 Gauss and 13500 Gauss are among the most important equipment for ensuring the safety of food. Magnetic rods are made of complete stainless material. There is no formation of bacteria on their surface and it is suitable for food.
magnetic filters are produced in accordance with world-valid standards such as BRC, HACCP and TSE.
Our magnetic filters are domestic production. We have production in special sizes and strengths for corporate companies. With special 304 and 316 stainless steel sheet infrastructure, special control system, these filters will never miss metal.
Technical Characteristics of the Magnetic Filters We Produce
Magnetic filters can be produced with the following technical specifications. The cases of bar magnets in acidic and basic environments can be produced from 316L and 304 quality stainless steel.
- Ensures that metal powders and impurities are removed from the hydronic system as soon as possible.
- It has a detachable magnetic bar on the stainless body.
- The body diameter to which the magnetic rods are connected is produced in the desired diameters such as 3”, 4”, 5” and 6”.
- It can be designed with and without a case according to customer requirements.
- Thanks to the neodymium magnets used in the sheath, they have a very high flux strength.
- NdFeB Neodymium magnets with a FLUX strength of about 10000 – 14000 GAUSS are used outside the sheath.
- They can withstand standard temperatures of 80°C and Maximum temperatures of 200°C.
- Bar Magnetic filters are made of cast or welded 304 stainless steel housing with a maximum resistance pressure of 10 Bar.
- Magnetic filters with rods NdFeB Neodymium magnets are manufactured in 304 stainless steel pipes.
- Rods stored in a 304 stainless steel pipe again have 304 Stainless rod sleeves.
- The magnetic filter also has a manual or automatic purifier.
- Rotational magnetic filters are produced with a detachable top cover made of stainless material for pollution monitoring.
- It can be produced by baffling according to the input and output size of horizontal and vertical lines.
- It is produced with a 1” brass discharge valve at the bottom of the horizontal connection.
- At high temperatures (max. 100°C) is produced by supporting EPDM o-ring seals with sealing property.
- The system can be produced in a self-cleaning manner and with manual cleaning according to customer demand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about our products and magnetic filters.
- Is a magnetic filter used for powder or dry products?
Answer: No. The magnetic filter is specially designed to separate iron particles from the liquid products. - How are the captured iron particles cleaned?
Answer: In manual cleaning filters, the block with magnetic bars is removed and cleaned by manually stripping with a suitable material. In filters with automatic cleaning, metals fall off easily by themselves when you remove the block part. - Can the filter housing be made of normal metal instead of stainless?
Answer: No. A magnet attracts metal, but it does not attract rust. In the case of metal, the magnetic field makes a short circuit with the metal body, which reduces its efficiency. That’s why we only produce stainless. - Is the housing of the magnetic filter also magnetic?
Answer: The housing is not magnetic. The rods built into the housing are magnetic, which traps iron particles. - Is electricity required to operate the magnetic filter?
Answer: The magnetic filter is made up of permanent magnets, so it does not require a power supply. - Can we use a magnetic filter for highly corrosive/acidic liquid?
Answer: Yes. We make special coatings for such applications. - How long is the life of the magnet?
Answer: The power of magnets is permanent. The magnet can be demagnetized in two cases, a) When it is damaged. b) When the magnet is exposed beyond the specified operating temperature. However, the magnet may lose its magnetic strength by 2% to 3% over the course of 5 years. - Can we charge the magnet? Can we increase its power?
Answer: No. The magnet cannot be charged. Only our flexible magnets are strengthened by quenching. - How can we measure the strength of the magnet?
Answer: The Gauss unit of magnetic power can be controlled by gauss meter. The magnetic filters you will receive are delivered with a Gauss report and are valid for 1 year. - Can we change the Magnetic Rod of the Magnetic Filter?
Answer: The Magnetic Rods cannot be removed when they are welded with the upper cover of the filter. However, in some cases we produce by connecting with bolts. In this case, change is possible.
