Certified Magnetic Filter Manufacturing
Magnetic filters are crucial in food production, especially at critical control points and for equipment protection. Magnets rated at 10000, 12500, and 13500 Gauss are essential for ensuring food safety. The magnetic rods are made entirely of stainless steel, preventing bacterial growth and ensuring food compatibility.
Our filters are produced in compliance with globally recognized standards like BRC, HACCP, and TSE.
We manufacture these filters domestically, offering custom sizes and strengths for corporate clients. With special 304 and 316 stainless steel infrastructure and advanced control systems, these filters guarantee zero metal leakage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our products and magnetic filters.
Can magnetic filters be used for powder or dry products?
Answer: No. Magnetic filters are specially designed to separate iron particles from liquid products.
How are the captured iron particles cleaned?
Answer: In manually cleaned filters, the block containing the magnetic bars is removed and cleaned by hand with a suitable material. In automatically cleaned filters, the metals easily fall off by themselves when you remove the block part.
Can the filter housing be made of regular metal instead of stainless steel?
Answer: No. Magnets attract metal but not stainless steel. If made of metal, the magnetic field would short-circuit with the metal body, reducing efficiency. Therefore, we only produce in stainless steel.
Is the magnetic filter housing also magnetic?
Answer: The housing is not magnetic. The rods placed inside the housing are magnetic, which capture the iron particles.
Is electricity required to operate the magnetic filter?
Answer: Magnetic filters consist of permanent magnets, so they don’t require a power source.
Can we use a magnetic filter for highly abrasive/acidic liquids?
Answer: Yes. We apply special coatings for such applications.
How long do the magnets last?
Answer: The strength of the magnets is permanent. Magnets can become demagnetized in two situations: a) When damaged. b) When exposed beyond the specified operating temperature. However, magnets may lose 2% to 3% of their magnetic strength over 5 years.
Can we charge the magnet? Can we increase its power?
Answer: No. The magnet cannot be charged. Only our flexible magnets are strengthened by shocking.
How can we measure the strength of the magnet?
Answer: Magnetic strength can be checked with a gauss meter in Gauss units. The magnetic filters you purchase are delivered with a Gauss report, valid for 1 year.
Can we replace the Magnetic Rod of the Magnetic Filter?
Answer: Magnetic Rods cannot be removed if they are welded to the top cover of the filter. However, in some cases, we produce them by bolting. In this case, replacement is possible.
