Neodium Rod Magnet Manufacturing 7000-14500 Gauss
Our rod magnets with neodium magnets are reinforced with very special magnets of the N35, N38, N42 and N45 series. We provide production starting from Ø18 mm 5500 Gauss and Ø25 mm 7000 Gauss power up to 14500 Gauss power. We provide high Gaussian values especially demanded by food companies. Our products are delivered with Gauss certification.
Our company Gaussian measurement provides the service and reports it. Our products are magnets with high Gauss, very strong magnetic field value. All of our products are domestic production.
The connection types vary from M6-M8 and M10 female or early. Production of magnetic neodymium rods of the desired diameter and size. The connection can be made to the head part as M6 or M8. Neodium magnets are effective for separating micronized metals.
It is suitable for food and has a stainless coating. Neodymium rod magnet can be produced at the desired high Gauss.
It can be easily installed in product dumps by opening M8 threads on both sides. It can be used in interactive environments with liquid in a completely sealed way.
If there is a temperature in the area you will use, magnets used at appropriate temperatures should be preferred. Please specify the ambient temperature.
Why Do We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Coatings in Our Products ?
Stainless steels are used in companies engaged in food production. Austenic stainless steels contain chromium up to 10 percent of the total compositions. Chromium, which interacts directly with oxygen, quickly forms a passive protective layer on the surface. It prevents the harmful corrosive layer that may occur on the surface of the material and creates a layer with high surface resistance.
