Tunnel Type Demagnetizing Machine With Low Frequency Roller Conveyor
With the low frequency tunnel type demagnetization device, 100% demagnetization process is provided on materials whose demagnetization process is difficult, such as bond-shaped shaft materials, pipes, molded or special alloy hardened steels. The residual magnetization of these ferromagnetic steels, which are magnetized during production, does not disappear over time or on its own and reduces the material quality in the later stages of the process. For example; magnetized steels collect dust on it. In the coating or painting process, these powders create a rough surface and the material quality decreases. The residual magnetization on these materials should be reset by a suitable demagnetizing device.

About the low frequency demagnetizing device;
A standard demagnetizing device performs the demagnetization process at a frequency of 50 Hz from the city network and at a power determined according to the product. But some metals do not demagnetize at this frequency and strength. High-tech devices with adjustable power and frequency value should be manufactured for these metals. By changing these values from the touch screen, the power and frequency assignment of the material to be demagnetized is made according to properties such as alloy, surface form, thickness, diameter and product flow rate. A maximum residual magnetization value of 0-5 Gauss is predicted on the material.
For example, this high-tech device should definitely be used in materials filled between 100mm – 500mm, steels that want to be Decagnetized in the form of bonds, or molds with molds. The residual magnetization of these materials cannot be destroyed by a standard type demagnetization device.
In addition, it is also difficult to destroy the residual magnetization of materials that pass quickly through the conveyor, and powerful devices with low frequencies are required.
