Food-Contact Safe Magnetic Rods with Mounting Exrta Connection
We specialize in manufacturing magnetic rods with mounting extra connection for food companies. These rods are designed to be installed in areas where products such as nuts, hazelnuts, and walnuts pass through or are processed. The mounting extra connectionallow for easy installation on machines or in drop zones specific to your area. To request a quote for custom sizes and specifications, please contact us via our email or use the “Request a Quote” button.
Our products are made from 304-grade stainless steel, suitable for food industry use, and are delivered with inspection certificates. Neodymium magnets are used for their effectiveness in separating micronized metals, and we can produce rods with the desired high Gauss levels. All of our products are domestically manufactured and boast a strong magnetic field with high Gauss values.
Once an order is placed, it enters the production phase, and a delivery schedule is provided based on current production demand. Our magnetic rods are completely sealed, making them suitable for environments involving liquid interaction. If the application area involves high temperatures, magnets designed for those conditions should be selected. Please specify the ambient temperatures for your application.
Why Do We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Coatings in Our Products?
Stainless steels are widely used in food manufacturing companies due to their excellent properties. Austenitic stainless steels, such as 304 and 316, contain about 10% chromium in their overall composition. When exposed to oxygen, chromium quickly forms a passive protective layer on the surface. This layer prevents the formation of harmful corrosive coatings and provides a high-resistance surface, ensuring durability and safety in food processing environments.
