Grate Magnet for Sugar Factories
This stainless steel grate magnet is designed to meet the needs of food companies, but it can also be essential for industries such as plastics, glass, mining, or recycling. Our grate magnets, with a bar diameter of Ø25 mm, provide a magnetic strength of at least 6000-7000 Gauss on the stainless steel shield surface, with a maximum value of 14,000 Gauss. We produce according to customer preferences, and for magnets with N35, the Magnetic BR value ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 Gauss.
The product is suitable for liquid use and features a leak-proof design. Made from Neodymium, it effectively captures even the finest dust particles, making it especially popular in the food industry. This versatile product is also frequently used in sectors like ceramics, marble, glass production, and plastic injection molding.
Metal particles that collide with the magnetic grate are automatically captured. They can be easily mounted and secured at the product outlets of machines. At Magneteksan, we can manufacture these magnetic grates to desired specifications. Key features include:
– Coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel
– High Gauss strength
– High corrosion resistance
– Strong magnetic field
– Manually cleanable
– Maximum operating temperature of 80°C
We Use AISI 304 and AISI 316 Stainless Steel in Our Products
Magneteksan, a company that values performance, quality, and product reliability, uses AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel in its products. The American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) plays a leading role in developing steel production technology and maintains standards specific to iron and steel. Both 304 and 316 are widely used austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steels known for their excellent tensile properties.
These stainless steels are highly resistant to corrosion and offer good workability. AISI 304 and AISI 316 have similar values in terms of elastic modulus, hardness, and tensile strength. They also provide resistance to high temperatures, forming a high-resistance layer on the surface to prevent harmful corrosive layers. Both 304 and 316 stainless steel possess paramagnetic properties.
