Special Size Grid Magnet – Star Type
Prevents metal from escaping into the injection molding presses, which have a classic conical chamber. Thus, the entire gear mechanism is protected against damage. The magnetic star-shaped separator is equipped with very strong NdFeB neodymium magnets that can capture even the finest metallic dust particles.
Usage:During cleaning, the star screen magnet captures metals that cannot exit the chamber of the injection molding press. The ferromagnetic material trapped on the grid outside is removed mechanically or by compressed air.
