Manufacture of Magnetic Plates on Conveyor Belt
The magnetic plate we produce from ferrite magnets is mounted under the tape and provides automatic cleaning of the system. This system, which captures metals, transfers them from the end of the tape to the other collection area.
The plate magnet that we produce as non-stainless outside
offers power permanently. That is, it does not require any electrical power. However, the motor we have installed to ensure the rotation of the tape is powered by electricity.
The system is long-lasting and does not require maintenance. Only the tape may require renewal, as it may wear out over time depending on use.
