Special Connection Magnet Bars
We manufacture neodymium or ferrite magnet bars in various diameters and lengths. If you need magnet bars in custom sizes, please contact us. Our special connected (sleeve or nipple) magnet bars are made from 304 grade stainless steel and are certified for use in the food industry.
Neodymium magnets are ideal for separating micronized metal particles. We can produce neodymium magnet bars at the desired high Gauss levels. Our products have high magnetic field values, are very strong, and are entirely locally manufactured upon order. The production process is scheduled according to current workload.
They are suitable for use in environments interacting with liquids and provide complete sealing. If there are high temperatures in your usage area, please specify the temperature so that we can select the appropriate magnet type.
Why Do We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Coating?
Stainless steel, particularly used in food production, is resistant to corrosion thanks to its chromium content. Chromium rapidly forms a passive protective layer upon exposure to oxygen, which prevents harmful corrosion on the material surface and provides a durable surface.
