This automated magnetic plate separator, which we have specially designed for manufacturing companies such as chipboard, MDF and parquet, is a domestic production. At the last stage of the broken boards before they are put into production, this system comes into operation and captures all metal particles. Offering incredible strength, these neodymium NdFeB permanent magnets work fully automated without the need for additional power.

Plate magnets, which do not require maintenance and have a long service life, can carry high weight and can also be used as magnetic separators. When mounted on the tape, it acts as a separator by catching metals through the products passing under it.  Neodium NdFeB permanent magnets, on the other hand, improve the quality of our products as the most powerful type of magnet.
