Magnetic Conveyor – Chip Collecting Machine
The Magnetic Conveyor is used to transport the sawdust waste of machines engaged in machining, such as CNC, Freeze and lathe. Magnetic conveyors are used in the transfer process of ferromagnetic (reacting to the magnet) dust, crumb iron filings and waste parts formed after the production process.
Low maintenance hinged steel belt conveyors for metal, scrap, etc. it efficiently transports a wide variety of materials. Magnetic conveyors, which are a permanent and professional solution, are taken into production by making technical drawings by Magneteksan engineers.
Sectors where Magnetic Conveyor is Used
It is used for the transfer of metal waste generated in industrial manufacturing companies such as Defense, Automotive, Aerospace, White Goods to another place from the production area. Special size manufacturing is carried out by Magneteksan according to customer demand. Although it is more useful than mechanical conveyors, the risk of workplace accidents is low.
Advantages of Magnetic Conveyor
- They work more effectively than mechanical transport systems
- Maintenance costs are low.
- Since they are transported with the help of a magnet and a magnetic field, they do not cause a work accident.
- The initial investment costs are low.
- It works easily on watery and dry chips.
- They are produced to the desired extent according to customer demand.
- The surfaces in contact with the sawdust are made of a complete stainless material.
