The inlet and outlet dimensions of this easy-to-assemble magnet are designed according to your company. It is produced in full compliance with the pouring area. It catches metal parts and dust passing through the pipe where it is assembled. These metal residues, which can cause clogging and are undesirable for food safety, are captured by very strong neodymium magnets. Komple paslanmaz olan bu sistem tamamen gıdaya uygundur.
Tıkanmaya sebebiyet vermez. Korozyon direnci çok yüksek, gıda firmaların tercih ettiği AISI 304 ve AISI 316 paslanmaz çelik ile kaplıdır. Ferrit veya 300 oksit mıknatıslardan imal edilebildiği gibi neodyum mıknatıslar da kullanılabilir.
- Sistem içerisinde bulunan çivi, tel, demir gibi istenmeyen metalleri ayırmakta rahatlıkla kullanabilirsiniz.
- Ürün döküş bölgelerine kolaylıkla montajı yapılabilir.
