Neodymium Magnetic Separator DN125, 5″, 150°C Heat Resistant
Our in-house manufactured magnetic separators effectively capture metal particles and dust flowing through the installed pipeline. These powerful neodymium magnets trap unwanted metal residues that could cause blockages and compromise food safety. This fully stainless steel system is completely food-grade compliant.
The integrated reduction system ensures smooth product flow without causing any blockages. The unit is coated with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel – materials highly preferred in the food industry for their superior corrosion resistance. While traditionally manufactured with ferrite or 300 oxide magnets, we also offer neodymium magnet options for enhanced performance.
- Efficiently removes unwanted metals like nails, wires, and iron particles from your processing system
- Simple installation at product discharge points
- Completely sealed design allows safe operation in liquid-interactive environments
- For high-temperature applications, please specify your operating temperatures so we can recommend appropriate magnet grades
Why We Choose 304 and 316 Stainless Steel Coating
Stainless steel is the gold standard in food production facilities. Austenitic stainless steels contain approximately 10 percent chromium in their total composition. When chromium interacts with oxygen, it rapidly forms a passive protective layer on the surface. This prevents harmful corrosive layer formation and creates a highly resistant surface barrier, ensuring long-term durability and food safety compliance.
