Industrial Neodymium Magnetic Bar System
Our high-performance magnetic bars, manufactured in customizable diameters and dimensions, offer professional solutions with M6 or M8 connection options. Neodymium technology developed for precise separation of micron-level metal particles.
Technical Specifications: • Food safety certified • 304/316 stainless steel coating • High Gauss values • Fully leak-proof design • Bakelite or aluminum handle options • Dual-sided M8 thread connection capability • Temperature-optimized versions
Our Stainless Steel Technology: Our austenitic stainless steel structure, with 10% chromium content, forms a protective layer upon oxygen contact. This feature provides superior resistance to corrosion and long-lasting surface protection.
Customize your magnetic bar magnet order with a variety of options. Use the information below to help you choose the perfect magnet:
Neodymium or Ferrite?
- Neodymium: Our strongest option. With 10,000-12,000 Gauss, it captures even the smallest dust particles. More expensive than Ferrite (3-4 times), but ideal for applications requiring superior performance.
- Ferrite: A cost-effective solution for larger metal particles like bolts, washers, and nails. Offers 4,000 Gauss. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and don’t need to capture very fine particles, Ferrite is a good choice.
Bar Diameter:
- 25 mm: Offers 10,000 Gauss.
- 32 mm: Offers 12,000 Gauss for the highest performance. Choose our 32 mm diameter bar magnets, grate magnets, or sleeve magnets for maximum attracting power.
Additional Customization Options:
- M6 or M8 connection holes (single or double-sided)
- Bakelite, stainless steel, or aluminum handle
- Food-grade and liquid-contact compatible options
- Stainless and sealed models
- High Gauss options
- 80°C, 150°C, or 220°C operating temperature options
