Custom-Size Grid Magnet Separator
One of our magnetic separator systems is grid magnets. This product, particularly preferred by food companies, is used in plastic injection machines, the mining sector, scrap exit areas, etc. It’s utilized in all areas where metals need to be captured. These grid magnets, made of 304-grade stainless steel, are produced with bar diameters of Ø25 mm. This product provides 7000 Gauss on the stainless steel sheet surface. The magnets used have a Magnetic BR value of 12000 Gauss.
The product is suitable for liquid use and has a leak-proof structure. Being made of neodymium allows it to attract even the finest dust particles. It’s frequently used in the food industry. This product, suitable for use in almost every sector, is often used in ceramic, marble, glass production companies as well as in plastic injection machines.
Metal pieces hitting the magnetic grid are automatically captured. It can be easily mounted and fixed to the product outputs of machines. At Magneteksan, this magnetic grid can be produced in desired dimensions. Product features include:
- Covered with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Has high Gauss.
- Highly resistant to corrosion.
- High magnetic field.
- Can be cleaned manually.
- Maximum working temperature is 80°C.
We Use AISI 304 and AISI 316 Stainless Steel in Our Products
Magneteksan, a company that values performance, value, and product reliability, uses AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel in its products. AISI has a pioneering role in developing steel production technology. The American Iron and Steel Institute produces and maintains standards specific to iron and steel. 304 and 316, commonly used austenitic chrome-nickel stainless steels, have excellent tensile properties.
These stainless steels, highly resistant to corrosion, also have good machinability. AISI 304 and AISI 316 have similar values in terms of elastic modulus, hardness, and tensile strength. These stainless steel coatings, which also have resistance to high temperatures, form a layer with high surface resistance as they prevent harmful corrosive layers that may occur on the material surface. Both 304 and 316 stainless steel also have paramagnetic properties.
