We both manufacture and maintain this vibrator adapter, whose model number is YZAW 080 X00 D21. At the request of our customer, this adapter was produced by winding on the steel parts that came to us. Vibrators are components consisting of a solenoid housing and an armature that are installed as an electromagnetic drive on customer-owned vibratory drives.
The armature is maintained with a suitable spring-mass system so that there is always a nominal air December.
By applying an AC power supply, the system vibrates with an alternating voltage curve. If the vibrator is connected directly to an alternating current network, the system vibrates at twice the mains frequency. When a half-wave rectifier is used, the system vibrates at the network frequency.
