3 Ton Magnetic Lever – PML 3000

The magnetic carrier magnet with arm allows you to carry tons of weight by minimizing the use of human power. Do not forget that the strength varies according to your sheet thickness. As your sheet thickness decreases, the attraction force will also decrease. The PML-3000 magnetic lever has a fixed carrying power of 3 tons and a maximum breaking power of 7500 kg.

How is magnetic leverage used?

The PML3000 or PML-30 magnetic magnet lever, which offers 3 tons of power, does not require any extra power. It is lifted with the help of a crane and does not require electricity. With the help of the arm on it, the magnetic power becomes active. If the lever is not pulled, the device does not offer any power and is in the off position.

Before using the device, clean the metal surface thoroughly.
Place the magnetic lever right in the middle of the metal part.
To activate the device, first lower the magnetic lever onto the part you are going to lift.
Pull the lever and activate the device.
After holding your magnetic power piece, the crane and so on. with its help, lift and move the metal.
When your part has reached the desired position, turn the lever off again.
