Why Do We Use 304 and 316 Stainless Coating in Our Products?

One of the reasons why Magneteksan neodymium magnet sieve separators, which make a great contribution to almost every sector, use 304 and 316 austenitic stainless steel as coating is that these steels are stainless steels with high corrosion resistance and strength along with good shaping. The AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel coating, which can be used in both cold and hot environments, prevents the harmful corrosive layer by forming a reactive layer on the material surface.

When the chromium contained in these stainless austenic steels interacts directly with oxygen, a protective layer is formed. This surface resistant layer, which prevents the harmful corrosive layer, also shows superior resistance to high temperatures. This stainless steel coating is also water resistant.
