Magnetization Device and Applications

The magnetization device is a technological equipment that applies a controlled magnetic field to materials passing through it, enabling these materials to acquire magnetic properties. Through this device, the magnetic field created on the material surface is permanently trapped within the material and provides various advantages in subsequent production stages.

Working Principle

The magnetization process is carried out by passing an electric current through the material or by directly applying magnetic flux. Ferromagnetic materials respond to this magnetic flux by acquiring magnetic properties. During magnetization, the magnetic moments of atoms within the material are arranged, causing the material to behave like a magnet itself.
